With 35 years of leadership, global HR, coaching, consulting and talent development experience, Scott is uniquely qualified to support individuals and teams in their growth and professional development journey.   His client work represents a broad spectrum of industries including engineering, information technology, environmental consulting, professional services, and non-profit.  Through the breadth and depth of his experience, Scott demonstrates an understanding of the challenges faced by leadership and the competencies required for success.       

Having served as a senior leader on several high performing global teams, Scott is successful in coaching engagements with C-suite leaders, senior directors, managers and emerging talent. For 23 years, he also served as a Professor of Management with a focus on the development of future business leaders through continued professional development.  This experience serves as the foundation for bespoke professional development consulting services for individuals and organizations.          

Scott earned a PhD in Management, MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business.  He is a Certified Professional Coach through ICF Affiliate Center for Coaching Certification and built his coaching competencies through Mitchell Leadership of Switzerland and the Warrington School of Business. He is an experienced administrator of multiple leadership and personality assessments that he incorporates in his coaching offerings.  

Scott believes that most answers lie within the individual and empowers them to identify and address them.  He was drawn to coaching and executive development because he is highly empathic, a powerful communicator, collaborator and skilled business problem-solver in both individual and team settings.
